How far in advance should we book our wedding photography?
I recommend booking your wedding photographer as soon as you have your date set. Ideally, booking 12 to 18 months in advance ensures you secure your preferred photographer, especially during peak wedding seasons. However, I do sometimes have last-minute availability, so feel free to check with me even if your date is closer.
Are you an LGBTQ+ ally?
This is a no brainer. Thistle and Pine never has and never will discriminate against any religion, sexuality, gender, race, or if you have bad breath. Love is love folks.
Can we keep our negatives?
Absolutely! I hold on to my negatives just like my digitals. Please feel free to reach out after your wedding to request your negatives be sent to your address.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes, I love destination weddings! Travel fees will depend on the location, but I'm happy to discuss options and provide a custom quote. Please get in touch with your wedding location details to see how I can make your day special, no matter where in the world it is. That being said, I am an expert on UK and Ireland weddings
What is your refund policy?
Rain or shine, I'm prepared to make your day beautiful in photos. I have strategies for inclement weather, such as indoor portraits, creative use of umbrellas, or capturing the unique mood that weather can bring to your images. I also keep a close eye on weather forecasts and plan accordingly with backup indoor locations if needed. Remember, sometimes the most memorable photos come from the least expected conditions!
